I will be covering the history of Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. and the significance of his life journey.


Introduction:
The title of my virtual tour is Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Events. I created this tour for 5th grade History students in Birmingham AL. Most students in this grade doesn’t know the history of Mr. King but this virtual tour will take them back in history by clicking the links below.


Objectives:
The students will
~explore the importance of Dr. King’s life
~learn the significance and purpose for Dr. King’s actions


Directions:
Click on the links below to explore the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. After you have completed the virtual tour, I would like for everyone to write a two page paper. In this paper, I would like for you to give me your feedback on what you have learned. The significance of Dr. King’s life and explain two of Dr. King’s historical events. Your paper should also include your name, the date at the left hand corner of the paper, and with APA style. The font size should be 12’ and double spaced with Times New Roman as the font. Then save it as file in Microsoft Word and email it to bradams@crimson.ua.edu. Add your file as an attachment and in the subject line type Dr. Martin Luther King two page paper. Finally, press submit at the bottom of the page.
